Deliveries-Delivery times

We strive to deliver orders as soon as possible but it depends on the amount and the country of delivery. When a product is back ordered, the expected delivery time is indicated for each individual item. The expected delivery time is also to be found in the confirmation email you receive after ordering.

We strive to deliver orders within the specified delivery time. When a delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on among others the value and weight of the shipment.

Easy ordering

If you have a Schippers account you can easily login by clicking on "Log in" above and fill in your email address and password. Via "My Schippers" you can navigate to your personal dashboard where you will find an overview of all your orders, invoices, your favorites list and many more!

An account for the webshop is easy, simple and beneficial; You only have to fill in your address details once, you can keep track of your orders and returns, you can have a look at orders you have placed earlier and you will always be the first to know about our great offers and discounts. Create your Schippers account easily here!

Order quickly

If you have the article numbers at hand, it is also possible to place an order easily via "Quick order" in the "My Schippers" environment. Enter the article products and quantities and click on the button with the shopping cart. All imported items are now placed in the shopping cart.

Favorites list

In order to place an order even quicker, you can add products which you order regularly to your favorites list. You can simply add products by clicking on "add product to favorites list" which is shown underneath "Add to basket". The next time you want to place an order you can go to "My favorites" in "My Schippers". Here you can select the products you wish to order and simply click "Add to basket". All the selected products are added to the shopping cart.

MS Schippers ensures a secure financial processing of the online orders on our webshop. The payment always takes place through a secure connection. We only deal with reliable partners.

Via payment provider Adyen, MS Schippers offers a range of payment methods in a secure and trusted online banking environment.

Whichever payment option you choose, you will always receive an invoice for every shipment. This is sent to the invoice address or via electronic mail. You can also find the invoice in 'My Invoices' in "My Schippers".

Payment options-Invoice

With this payment method, you pay after delivery of the order. You pay by deposit or transfer to the bank account specified by MS Schippers, within 30 days after delivery, i.e. the invoice date.

Whichever payment option you choose, you will always receive an invoice for every shipment. This is sent to the invoice address or via electronic mail. You can also find the invoice in 'My Invoices' in "My Schippers".
