Halamid-d is a powdered disinfectant for surfaces of means of transport, residences of animals and associated areas.

Halamid-d comes in a bucket of 10 kg and is equipped with a measuring spoon for optimal dosing convenience.
Dosage:
- Equipment and materials which come into contact with food and drink and raw materials:
- Use concentration: 1-4% (10-40 grams per litre of water)
- Drinking water tanks on board trains, ships, airplanes and on drilling stations:
- Use concentration: 40 grams per ton of drinking water
- Minimum application time: 2 hours
- Thoroughly rinse and fill with drinking water
- Floors, walls, furniture, etc.:
- Use concentration: 1 - 2 % (10-40 grams per litre of water)
Application:
- First, thoroughly clean the surfaces and materials to be disinfected
- Rinse the detergent used, with clean water. Remove excess water
- When disinfecting use enough liquid so that the surfaces remain wet during the application time (0.4 l/m²)
- If the agent is sprayed, this should be done under low pressure and with coarse drop
- Minimum application time: 10 minutes
- After application time, rinse surfaces with water
Effective against:
- Bacteria (excl. Mycobacteria and bacterial spores), yeast, and viruses
- Several animal diseases, including swine fever, foot and mouth disease (FMD) and the virus of Aujeszky's disease
Contains:
- Sodium p-toluenesulfonchloramide
Details:
- Store dry, cool and frost-free in a properly sealed container
- Do not place in direct sunlight or near a heat source
- At the prescribed conditions, 2-year shelf life
