The MS BIZA (treat piglets without antibiotics) offers an efficient, stress-free and hygienic solution for piglet treatments in their first days of life. With smart modules, you save time, reduce stress, and minimize cross-contamination:
- Automatic ear tagging: precise application with minimal tissue damage, without using force with pliers. Saves significant time and supports ergonomic working with the MS Tagmatic Evo.
Needle-free iron injection: better absorption and less stress for the animal. No needles means no blood contact and a lower risk of disease transmission with the MS Pulse 50 & 250.
Pulse 50: 0.1 – 0.5 cc

Choose the right options together with your Schippers advisor. The MS Pulse 250 delivers the perfect dosage, ensuring the pig's muscles are relaxed. Our advisor can demonstrate and explain this process. The MS Pulse is compatible with all common vaccines, making it suitable for every farmer.:format(webp))
Delivery & instruction
The MS BIZA will be delivered to your location, and a new date for the instruction will be arranged with the advisor. Our advisor will then explain the MS BIZA from start to finish to the manager and/or employees. All questions will also be answered during this session.:format(webp))

Studies show that needle-free iron administration in piglets is as effective as needle injection.
A field study (De Heus, 2012) showed a significantly higher average Hb level with needle-free administration (7.5 mmol/l vs. 6.9 mmol/l) and less variation between piglets.
A double-blind randomized trial (Porcine Health Management, 2023) confirmed equal efficacy in preventing iron deficiency anaemia, with no side effects.
Needle-free administration also eliminates infection and cross-contamination risks associated with needles.
