How to use Powermister for disinfection?

To achieve the best results, follow these steps:

Calculate the volume of your barn

Before preparing the disinfectant solution, you need to know the total space that needs to be treated.

Step 2

Prepare the disinfectant

The recommended disinfection concentration is 5%. To determine how much solution you need, you calculate the total solution needed: barn volume × 20 grams per m³. The amount of disinfection needed is the total solution times 5%.

Calculation example

Suppose you have a poultry barn with a floor area of 1,000 m² and an average height of 3 meters. Volume = 1,000 m² * 3m = 3,000 m³. Total solution = 3,000 m³ * 20 grams/m³ = 60 kg solution. Required amount of disinfection = 60 kg * 5% = 3 kg.

Step 3

Set up the Powermister

Once the solution is prepared, pour it into the MS Powermister. Position the misting unit in a central location for optimal distribution. The maximum building length for effective use is 60 meters, and the total volume should not exceed 4,000 m³.

Start disinfection
