With the main unit indi-In-3 every single piglet will be anaesthetized. For each piglet a button has to be activated. The advantageof this system is less use of gas due to the shorter timer per dosage and it will not occur that an empty clamp will get a dosageof gas. Suitable for 3 piglets.
The unit is delivered in hard synthetic material, and is humid resistant, it contains the operation buttons, the steering asregistration of the MS Pigsleeper. Giving a pulse by pressing the operation button, a preset quantity of gas is released to themasks of each individual piglet. Each dosages is counted and registered, making sure one knows the quantity of piglets treated. Twocontrol lights indicate whether the patient has been sufficiently anaesthetized, green implies ok, red indicates one needs to wait.
The main unit ensures that each piglet will receive a gas mixture for 45 seconds. After 45 seconds the green light starts andcastration can begin.
The control unit can easily be removed from the rest of the MS Pigsleeper by using the butterfly switch. The gas supply hoses caneasily be removed by using the fast connectors.
