• The water is released when the animals push against the pressure piece; as the nipple is not fully inserted into the mouth, the water runs out past the mouth. It is therefore necessary to use spray nipples in combination with a drinking bowl, feeding trough or spillage tray
• The water supply of the drinking nipple can be adjusted. The nozzle has 3 small openings of different sizes; 0.8 mm, 1 mm and 2 mm. The size of the hole, in combination with the water pressure determines the water flow per minute
