Suevia no-freeze drinking trough 640, -25°C

The Suevia no-freeze drinking trough with ThermoQuell technology is an insulated drinking trough for cattle and horses, for a reliable supply of water in extremely low temperatures and no available connection to a power supply.

Frost-proof drinking trough provided with flexible stainless steel connector hose and stops.

• Optimal insulation
• Frost-proof up to -25°C
• UV resistant
• 2 large outlets: underneath and on the side
• Constant water level
• Equipped with a siphon

• This concave drinking trough of double-layer, foamed plastic provides perfect insulation.
• When drinking, the animals roll the ball to the back of the drinking trough and after they have left, the ball rolls back into the opening
• The water is supplied by a frost-free supply pipe in the bottom.
• The high-quality MAXIFLOW siphon built into the reservoir provides an inflow of water “heated” by the ground (roughly 6°C in the winter)
• The MAXIFLOW siphon can adjust the water level.
• Continuous water intake by the animals results in consistent replenishment of water “heated” by the ground in the drinking trough and prevents the drinking trough from freezing
• In order to avoid the danger of dirt/debris entering the drinking trough, we recommend mounting the drinking trough to a base of roughly 20 cm. This base must be large enough that the animals have to stand on it with their forelegs and cannot knock it backwards, which prevents soiled water
• Features an easy-to-open, folding cover
