• Position the carcass trolley, upright, directly behind the animal and attach the leg that is closest to the floor tightly at a position just above the knee joint. That ensures that the animal turns over and will lie on its back on the trolley
• Use the manual winch to pull the animal up onto the trolley until you reach its tipping point
• Lower the trolley smoothly into the horizontal position, while winching the carcass all the way onto the trolley
• ATTENTION: When you let the carcass slide off to unload, the trolley will push backwards with some force
