Ultrasonic cleaning bath for the active cleaning of various instruments such as syringes and cuticle clippers. Sterilisation is not longer necessary. To strengthen the cleaning there should be added a special detergent to the hot water.

• When using a new cleaning process, it is recommended to remain present so you can intervene in case of undesirable side effects, such as too long trembling aluminium which can leads to the change of the colour in black.
• Achieving optimal results with ultrasonic cleaning is only possible when using the correct product. The product should be suitable for the ultrasonic cleaning process, because it have to remove dirt, but it must not affect the material and the ultrasonic.
• A lot of home- garden and kitchen remedies are not suitable for the ultrasonic cleaning, because this products contain aggressive components such as acids and/or chlorine which affect the ultrasonic. This remedies provide also no support to the ultrasonic process.
• When using water without adding an ultrasonic component, it is not possible to clean ultrasonically.
• The use of petrol, alcohol or acetone in ultrasonic baths is strongly discouraged, because this materials are light flammable.

The ultrasonic cleaning system contains two main components: a tank/bath part and a generator part. The ultrasonic vibrations cause cavitation in the fluid, the arise of millions microscopic vaccum bubbles. These bubbles are then compressed by the increasing frequency (at 30 KhZ is a bubble bigger than at 40 KhZ). Finally the bubble will implode due to the compression and cause a powerful post-vacuum effect. This causes pressure, bigger dan 300 kg per square centimeter and a temperature of approximately 1000°C. This process is also called "electronic scrubbing" and cleans every surface in the fluid of the bath. It cleans also invisible holes, corners and cracks, which were hard, but not impossible, to clean with other methods.
