Trade Expertise and Co-design
The refinement of the device involved experienced cattle hoof trimmers, specialists in double belly-band restraint systems. This "beta-testing" phase allowed for the ergonomics to be fine-tuned before moving to the industrial engineering of the second prototype.

The entrance to the crowding alley has been designed to minimize bovine stress. Internal walls are smooth and free of obstructions. Upon opening, the front gate integrates directly into the chassis to fully clear the passageway.
