Cool units

You can use separate cooling units, which you can mount on carcass storage housings. They will maintain the temperature in the carcass storage space at a preset level. And that allows you to store carcasses for a longer period, and have less frequent pickups.

MS Schippers has a variety of cooling units available, all made of high quality materials. There are cooling-units designed for a variety of capacities and applications. There are units for 1 to 6 barrel cabinets or for other special applications.
