MS TMC Flush, 22 kg (Export-BP)

MS TMC Flush is a concentrated liquid for disinfecting milking clusters, milking-robot brushes and udder cloths. MS TMC Flush contains peroxy acid.

MS TMC Flush may be used in organic production in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 848/2018.

• Bacteria (excluding bacterial spores and mycobacteria), yeasts and viruses on: Milking clusters, by dipping and/or used udder cloths
• Bacteria (excluding bacterial spores and mycobacteria) and yeasts on: Milking robot clusters, used in automated disinfection and/or milking robot brushes
• Bacteria (excluding mycobacteria and bacterial spores) and yeasts on: Surfaces in spaces intended for animals and the other associated spaces, excluding transport vehicles

• Disinfecting milking clusters: 1.25% by volume (12.5 ml MS TMC Flush diluted with 1 litre of water)
• Use for automatic milking-robot cluster disinfection: 0.8% by volume (8 ml MS TMC Flush diluted with 1 litre of water)
• Disinfecting milking-robot brushes : 0.8% by volume (8 ml MS TMC Flush diluted with 1 litre of water)
• Disinfecting udder cloths: 1.25% by volume (12.5 ml MS TMC Flush diluted with 1 litre of water)
• Disinfecting animal housing: Bacteria and yeast: 0.5 % (5 ml/L)

• Apply to stalls by spraying or foaming
• Soaking time: 1 minute
• Disinfecting animal housing: with a minimum leave-in time of 30 minutes

• General: MS TMC Flush is used as a dipping solution or in automatic dosing by milking robots. Thoroughly clean the milking clusters, brushes and udder cloths for disinfection. Rinse off the cleaning product with clean water. Remove excess water
• First, clean the equipment/surfaces to be disinfected thoroughly. Rinse the cleaning agent used for this well with clean water. Remove excess water.
• Disinfecting udder cloths: Wash and rinse the cloths after milking. Leave them soaking in an MS TMC Flush solution at room temperature until the following milking. Empty the bucket and wring out the cloths just before the next milking. Cover the cloths with warm water.
• Use for automatic milking-robot cluster disinfection – Disinfect the cluster using an MS TMC Flush solution with the robot
• Disinfecting milking-robot brushes – Disinfect the brushes by using an MS TMC Flush solution in the automatic sprayers on the milking-robot

• Mix a new solution for each milking!
• Prepare an MS TMC Flush solution in a bucket. Let the cluster soak in the solution at room temperature
• With regard to the European Parliament and Council Regulation No. 2019/1148 on explosives precursors, these goods are not available for private sale
