• The reaction is based on the fact that milk with more than 400,000 cells/ml becomes slimy when mixed with the MS CMT Milking test. The more cells in the milk, the slimier the mixture
• Milk about two jets of milk from each nipple into the different cups, add liquid and turn slowly
