The MS Colostro Balls are used to easily and accurately check the quality of the colostrum; the quality of the colostrum is indicated by the number of balls that float to the surface.

• Measure the temperature: 20 °C - 30 °C
• Not warmer than 60 °C
• Clean immediately after use
• Do not freeze and do not put in the microwave
• Do not feed MS Colostro Balls to calves

Per ball: 25 x 25 mm (height x diameter)

• Fill the (drinking) bucket with fresh colostrum
• Place the 6 balls in the colostrum
• Read the result on the basis on the number of balls that float to the surface.

• 1 red cube = poor quality of the colostrum (1025 gr/dm3)
• 2 red cubes = moderate quality of the colostrum (1030 gr/dm3)
• 2 red, 1 orange cube = reasonable quality of the colostrum (1035 gr/dm3)
• 2 red, 1 orange, 1 green cube = good quality of the colostrum (1045 gr/dm3)
• 2 red, 1 orange, 2 or 3 green cubes = very good quality of the colostrum (1060/1075 gr/dm3)
