™AktivPULS milking cluster stainless teat-cup, blue

The ™AktivPULS milking clusters with standard built-in dynamic vacuum relief support a natural milking process, similar to the suckling behavior of a calf. This helps reduce vacuum stress on the teat, supports a calm milking session, and limits the risk of bacterial penetration and teat-end damage.

Standardly supplied with liners for teat sizes 21-25 mm (M+). Other sizes are optionally available.

The stainless steel teat cup ensures a durable and sturdy design for the milking cluster. This cup is suitable for intensive use and is ideal for dairy farmers who choose a robust and reliable solution.

Available in various colors for different brands of milking systems.

• Points of attention for connecting the milking cluster to the milking machine:
• Milking parlor in good condition (according to ISO guidelines)
• Vacuum pump with sufficient capacity
• Well functioning pulsators
• Connect the milking cluster directly under the udder to prevent unnecessary air sucking and ensure optimal operation
• Checking the milk hose and milk hose guide for quick drainage of the milk to the milk pipe

• ™AktivPULS nipple liners are equipped with the patented SSC technology, which stands for Silicon-Pro, Smart-Air and Controlled massage
• Silicon-Pro are the specially developed silicone teat liners, with an extra long lifespan of up to 10,000 milkings and excellent cleaning properties compared to traditional rubber teat liners
• Smart-Air is the intelligent valve that is part of the liner design. This valve, in combination with the air channel built into the teat liner, ensures that air is transported from outside to inside during milking, between the resting and milking phases, and is released around the closing hole.
• Controlled massage stands for the fact that the teat liner is designed in such a way that a guaranteed and correct massage of the teat is always performed and by using 7 different massage zones, the ™AktivPULS teat liner always has a good effect, regardless of the length of the teat
