To ensure that silage remains in an optimal condition and does not get mouldy or rotten, MS Schippers has various types of preservatives available. There are products available for the top layer of treatment which have a long-term effect against bacteria formation, yeast formation or mould. These keep the feed values, of grains for example, unaffected. There are also products available that provide good protection during the preservation of the silage and that prevent heating and the growth of unwanted bacteria.
