P1: Inert dust, smoke and mist that do not change the structure of the respiratory system. Limit value: up to 4 x MAC ? 10 mg/m³
P2: Harmful substance, smoke and mist that can damage the respiratory system. Limit value: up to 10 x MAC between 10 mg/m³ and 0.1 mg/m³
P3: Higher concentration of harmful substances, smoke and mist that can damage the respiratory system. Plus: against ceramic fibres, chromates, bacteria, viruses, micro-organisms, radioactive or biochemical substances Limit: up to 50 x MAC between 10 mg/m³ and 0.1 mg/m³
P3 + full face mask: high toxic substance, smoke and mist that can be absorbed in the blood: particles of carcinogens, particles of radioactive substances, bacteria, viruses, enzymes and spores. Limit value: ≤ 0.1 mg/m³
